The story in three beats Let’s take The Borrowed Minute from approved images to moving scenes. This is a separate, three-shot demo; the first advanced-pipeline film stays as it is. Eli brings Mara a stopped pocket watch. She finds a note beneath its back. Then she decides to open the workshop door. Approve the stills We begin with the stills. Generate the handover, the watch detail, and Mara at the door. Review each frame before animating it. Keep Mara and Eli recognizable, make the watch easy to read, and give the action a clear starting point. If a face, hand, or important prop is already wrong, fix the still first. A strong frame gives the animation a better chance to stay on story. Choose storyboard to video The first two clips use Seedance two point five, High, at seven twenty p for five seconds. For the door, we use the linked draft workflow. Review a four eighty p motion test, then approve a native ten eighty p final only if the action works. Animate the approved images Open the shot and inspect the source. For this door, check the leaf, frame, hinges and the grip on the lever. Match the prompt to that geometry, then generate the draft. Watch the whole action before approving a final. The saved inputs and seed carry forward, but the final still needs its own review. Inspect identity and movement Look closely at Mara and Eli as the clip plays. Do their faces and clothes stay consistent? Do the hands and watch hold their shape? Does the movement support the beat without pulling attention away from it? Keep the clips that read clearly, and revisit any result where the identity or action wanders. Build the 15-second cut In the Editor, place the actual generated video clips in story order: handover, watch, then door. Trim each to five seconds. Now the timeline is a 15-second film made from moving clips. Play it once from the beginning. The detail should follow the handover, and Mara’s choice should close the sequence. Export and review on Watch Export the cut, then review the finished file from beginning to end. Check the picture, motion, and pacing together. Finally, open its Watch destination and confirm that the new demo plays there. Three approved images have become three moving moments, shaped into a short film. The Borrowed Minute: 15-second demo
