How many credits does an episode need?
A small stills cut with a script, about eight images and narration may fit within roughly 600 credits. That is a planning example, not a guaranteed finished episode or a generated-video budget. New accounts receive 600 starter credits once. Video requires a paid plan and additional credits; duration, model, resolution, references and retakes affect its cost. Use the current quote before generating. Export is included at no extra credit charge for launch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you can manage or cancel your plan anytime from billing settings.
What export formats are supported?
Episodes export as a 9:16 MP4 (H.264) — the universal format you can publish to your feed or download and upload to any platform yourself.
Is my data secure?
Your account controls access to project editing. Publishing and sharing change who can view the output, so review visibility before sharing. See the Privacy Policy for data handling, and contact Support with security or data-processing questions.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on any paid plan — just email us. Refunding a purchase also returns the credits it granted, in proportion to the refund. If you've already spent them your balance just stops at zero, and credits from your other purchases aren't touched.
